How to play Spades
1Bid how many tricks you'll win. Your bid plus your partner's is your team's contract.
2Follow the suit that was led. Cards you can't play are dimmed.
3Spades are trumps: out of the led suit, any spade beats it.
4Make your contract for 10 points a trick. Extra tricks are bags, and 10 bags cost 100.
