You can play without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity on your account. Saved progress is provided as a convenience: we try to keep it safe, but we cannot guarantee it will never be lost. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
Fair use
Please don't attack or overload the site, try to access other people's accounts, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Content and licenses
Most games are made by PlayOrchard. Some are open-source games by other developers, published here under their licenses and credited on each game's page and on the About page; you may use those under the same licenses. Otherwise, you may not copy, redistribute or re-host games, artwork, music or text from this site without permission.
Availability
We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
