ONOFF

About ONOFF

ONOFF is a fast, tricky platformer built around a single switch. Every level has two layers of platforms and spikes, one light and one dark, and only one layer is solid at a time. Press the switch and the whole world flips colour: walls you were standing on vanish, gaps close, and spikes that blocked your path fade into harmless outlines. Guide the little robot to the glowing goal by running, jumping and flipping layers at exactly the right moment, often while in mid-air. The first levels teach the idea without a word of text, and later ones demand quick reflexes and careful planning. Twenty-five hand-crafted stages, an instant restart after every death, a death counter and a bouncy chiptune soundtrack make it hard to stop at just one more try.
